Rights, benefits and money advice

It is a good time to find out about maternity rights, benefits and entitlements for mums-to-be as well as getting an idea how much it’s all going to cost, how much you can afford, and start planning ahead. You can contact Jobcentre Plus for guidance and support on benefits and grants and the Department for Work and Pensions for information on your rights as an employee. ‘The parent’s guide to money’ is available from the Money Advice Service (external link).
